Resellers can purchase products at substantial discounts and earn recurring revenue from optional support services.
What opportunities for recurring revenue are available?
All CheckBox systems include a one-year warranty, one year of support and remote access as well as S/A/F/E - the Survey And Feedback Engine for guest engagement.
After the first year approximately 80% of properties elect to extend the support service, which is commissionable back to the reseller. Properties may also choose to use guest support - our live 24/7/365 U.S. based service to assist guests with connectivity issues, also generating commissions for resellers.
Is there a minimum sales requirement?
There are no minimum sales or purchase requirements. We believe in building lasting partnerships and giving you the flexibility to grow your sales at your own pace. Resellers having had no activity for 18 months will be listed as inactive but may reactivate their status by contacting us.
How long does the approval process take?
After you fill out the reseller interest form, our team will reach out to schedule a quick phone interview to learn more about your business and goals. If it’s a good fit, we’ll send you the official reseller application. Once your completed application is received, approvals typically take 1–2 business days.
What costs are involved in becoming a reseller?
None — there are no upfront costs or fees to become a Checkbox reseller. Once you’re approved, you’ll gain full access to reseller pricing, partner resources, and support to start growing your business.
What kind of training or support do I receive?
Resellers receive hands-on onboarding and ongoing support from the Checkbox team, including:
