Site Support
All CheckBox System includes one year of Site Support and a one year hardware warranty, providing you and your staff toll free support should you need it during our regular business hours. After the first year you can extend your Site Support and hardware warranty with an extended support plan.
Properties on Site Support also automatically receive software updates and upgrades at no additional cost. Updates and upgrades are installed automatically with no effort required by the property. These updates help keep your system performing at it’s best and add new features as soon as they become available.
Site Support includes a management portal, allowing properties to access their systems remotely without a static IP address or changes in company firewall settings and can be accessed from anywhere.
From the portal properties can access management screens, print tickets, set up automatic email and text alerts and update contact information for support notification of system issues.
Site Support also includes access to S/A/F/E - the Survey And Feedback Engine, a system to allow guests to directly message the property in real time and for the property to be able to push messages to guest’s devices in real time and to send messages and surveys to guests after they have left the property.
- Site Support can be extended after the first year for an annual fee based on system size.
- Site Support is not required for your system to operate.
- Some features, including S/A/F/E and the remote portal require Site Support for access.
