The chain wanted to be able to provide customers with WiFi while they were in the store or waiting in the service area and collect opt-in contact information to support ongoing marketing campaigns.

Using the HSR+ (Hotspot-for-Retail) platforms CheckBox created a solution meeting all of their requirements that was able to be deployed across the entire retail footprint in less than 90 days.

The entire project, coming in under budget, provided thousands of customers with WiFi daily while providing their marketing team with hundreds of thousands of valuable contacts annually.

After the Guest WiFi service was up and running CheckBox provided fleet support to allow for changes on national, regional or local levels, providing quick and simple updates to welcome pages, language and system parameters.
