It's been almost a year since you've purchased your CheckBox WiFi system, and you've received an invoice inviting you to renew your Standard Site Support.  Let's review some of the specific benefits you receive if you choose to renew:

- Hardware replacement warranty.  Should a part of your CheckBox system stop working properly, and we have done remote troubleshooting determining that failed hardware is the cause, CheckBox will send you a replacement part at no cost right away, along with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective part back to us after things are working properly.  Physical damage or lightning/electrical damage are not covered by the hardware replacement warranty. We do not cover access points used for bow and arrow practice. And yes, that really happened.

- Tech support for staff and management.  Property management and staff can call or email us during business hours with questions about system operation, setup options, or system trouble.  Our experienced support technicians can usually help with your question right away.

Your guest can also speak directly to a US-based 24/7/365 Guest Support Specialist with CheckBox Guest Support. Guest Support is an option, unlike other WiFi companies we don't require you to subscribe to Guest Support if you don't want to pay for it. This flexible option is available month-to-month with no long term contracts

- System updates.  CheckBox will automatically deploy any new updates, such as new features and improvements to reliability and performance to your system.

- Remote administration.  This functionality allows you to access your CheckBox administration screens from any computer that is connected to the internet, not just one that is connected to your guest WiFi network.

- Outage alerts.  At your request, we can set up an alert if your system is not checking in with us.  This can act as an early warning indicator of either a failing piece of hardware or internet troubles at your location.
